The kids have set a goal to raise $10,000 which would help 18 families, a total of 86 family members. Calendars will be available the last week of school before the Holidays. The calendar will include important school dates for the rest of the school year (June 2021). Calendar sales will run from Nov 16th to Nov 30th. Buy one or buy more for family & friends!

The Chantrell Creek Care Fund is a legacy program at Chantrell Creek Elementary supported by the PAC and parent volunteers for over 25 years.
This year the activity and fundraising for our sister school, Senator Reid, will help our kids grow their community and charitable spirit, while learning life skills. It is an opportunity for our Grade 7 students to have hands-on leadership experience that develops their organizational, entrepreneurial, financial, collaboration, and communication skills.
Mrs. Chapman is our fabulous Grade 7 Leadership Program Champion, who at the first planning meeting with the Grade 7 students introduced the idea of "pay it forward in perpetuity. The concept being how one act of kindness, at one point-in-time, has a positive influence on the individuals they have helped. In turn, these individuals will then be inspired to help others, and those individuals will then be inspired to help others, and so on and so on.
Students will be creating and selling a calendar to raise funds for families whose children attend Senator Reid Elementary. The students will be reaching out to local businesses throughout our community to ask for donations in exchange for advertising their business in the calendar. Once the curated calendar is completed, it will be for sale to Chantrell families/caregivers via our Hot Lunch collection/payment platform. This is also a wonderful opportunity to help support our local small businesses during covid.
